My daughter Clare’s class play was today. In a fourth grade Waldorf class one of the highlights of the curriculum is the study of Norse Mythology and so her class play was a story called “The Death of Baldur.” Clare played Nanna, Baldur’s wife. That’s her in the flowered crown. All of the children did a fabulous job with their parts. But I thought (as a mother should) that my daughter was the prettiest. And the most talented.
